This unit covered the many different aspects of future tenses, as well as two present tenses that are closely related. The unit provided detailed explanations of each of the tenses, as well as sample sentences and teaching exercises. These exercises are useful because they are easy to implement in the classroom for what would usually be a very difficult to explain grammatical point. The unit itself was organized in such a way that flowed and made it easily understandable.This gives the overview of the present tense and its proper uses. I learned more about the perfect tense, which was only briefly touched upon in primary school. It is certainly a tense that could give students trouble, since the usages can be rather specific. The concept of having completed the action in the past opposed to still doing it currently is a distinction that might confuse some students. It will be important to be patient with students when covering this topic.
