The better you know your students the easier you will correct any potential problems before they actually become a problem. Look after the students' needs and they will hang on every word you say. It is up to you and only you to show the students you care. Whether it is one on one or in a large group. The ability to address each individual's needs within a group is a skill that is honed over time.This unit for me was a bit difficult when it came to understanding the difference between the difference of the phrasal verbs. Once i grasped the concept I understood the importance of them and how their importance changes the structure of a sentence and its understanding completely. Also knowing all the different auxiliary verbs and their usages is very helpful in being able to construct a sentence in the correct manner in order for it to be understood.
