Teachers should prepare and think about their lesson plan before having a class. But the thing is that it should be flexible. The first, I need to set a goal as a teacher and for students and it should be organized well. For these things, lesson plan should be included learner objectives, teaching aids, anticipated problems, procedure, phase, timing, class level. In this unit, I made lesson plan by myself. After finishing the class, I also need to estimate by myself and ask someone to estimate my lesson plan is accomplished well or not. Getting feedback is always to good to improve and develop teachers ability and it is good for students as well. And sometimes, even I prepare well but depending on students’ level or atmosphere at the class, I need to change lesson plan flexibly and I also need to think about it before class so that students feel comfortable at the class.
