I learned so much from this Unit and I realized that the teacher's gestures and speaking in a conversational manner has a very important role in the classroom because it affects the students behaviour. I also learned that visual aids are important in teaching because it pushes the student to be imaginary creative and active in participating. Therefore, this made me aware of the possible problems of my way of teaching and the impact it may caused toward the students.This unit teaches us that both organization, in the form of a detailed lesson plan, as well as flexibility are required in the classroom. This unit also suggests that the more experience you develop, the easier it will become to relax your lesson plan. I can see that as a beginner the most valuable parts of any lesson plan would be to keep the goals in mind, the amount of time on each part of the lesson planned out and as a record of the the class lesson for review.
