A lesson plan is the outline of work or activities that the teacher does together with his/her students during a period.It serves as a framework that helps direct the teacher on what to do inside the classroom and how to effectively teach the students.The style of the lesson depends on the needs of students.First the teacher engages his/her students asking them about what job they would like to do in the future.Second comes the study part the teacher writes their answers on the board highlighting common words that are often mentioned.The teacher engages again showing the students pictures of firemen and nurses.Then the active part of the lesson starts were the students are grouped into pairs each atre given different pictures and situations.There will be a little debate between each group about what it would be like to be a fireman or a nurse as boys and girls can do both jobs.
