This is how our TEFL graduates feel they have gained from their course, and how they plan to put into action what they learned:
I found this unit difficult and hard to understand. This is not a reflection on the structure of the unit but my inexperience with the subject. I used references from other sources to help me consolidate what I was studying but I am concerned to my score when I hit 'test'. I am still unsure as to what some of the answers are/should be and I will continue to educate myself on the topic to ensure I have a stronger understanding and knowledge of future tense. This course covered the usage modal, phrasal, and active/passive speech. With modal, knowing the correct auxiliary is imperative for the listener to know what they are expected to do with the information. With active/passive speech you are emphasizing what emphasis there is on the object of the sentence. I personally struggled with understanding the phrasal verbs and even after looking over past courses still feel I do not properly understand this subject.
