Haha! I was so hoping you would guide me to the PERFECT coursebook! I know - impossible. But finding great coursebooks seems to be a challenge everywhere. So we all juggle what we have with what we can find and what we have time to create. It's a very time-consuming act though. I tend to favor coursebooks though, so that the students can have a reference and so they can have a sense of continuity and progress. And for the teacher, coursebooks provide a foundation so we're not creating every lesson from scratch. Still, I continue to search for the \"perfect\" books.Throught this unit an overview of the present tense was provided. From the reading four tenses were detailed: the present simple, present continous, present perfect and present perfect continous. For each tense there were three forms: the affirmative, negative and question. The structure varied for each tense. One thing I did notice is that each tense has an auxilary verb it uses throught, for example the present simple takes use of thge verb ?Do,? the present continous use the verb ?Be,? and both the present perfect and present perfect continous use the verb have.
