An effective teacher should consider some tips for teaching beginners. For instance: to be aware of the students' needs; to have clear and realistic aims; to arrange the classroom; to be as visual as possible; to give clear, simple instructions; to use choral repetition; to use pair and group work; to ask many questions; not to use students' mother tongue; to revise constantly etc.
