To watch these videos, made me realize that the way we present ourselves as teachers in the classroom will lead the students to learn in effective way or in a slow and intimidated way. To watch the second video was a relief, to see how excellent we can be as long as we know what we are doing and how well we are trained to teach, how confident we should be, so our class can be calm and willing to learn and to participate in every aspect of the lesson.Great unit and great way to show it to us in a practical way.Speaking about teaching productive skills we should bear in mind that producing a foreign language is an extremely difficult task for students who are not confident. I suppose great job should be done to help those students and motivate them to participate. Personally, I think that producing correct language is very important, but in order to not discourage my students I usually give corrections after the activity. Also, I suppose it would come in handy to inform students about the typical mistakes in advance.
