This unit covers typical types course material that tend to be available to English foreign language teachers. It also talks about the options teachers general have in deciding how to use the material available--how to supplement it, what to omit, what to replace, and how to use it with some personal adaptations. This unit also covers authentic materials that the teacher may decide to use and creatively made materials to supplement course materials.The teacher in the first lesson had very little, so it seemed enthusiasm about caring about his job. It could be said that the teacher in the first lesson had become bored with the job he was tasked. Maybe he was just tired or had something of great importance on not dealing with his job on his mind. The second lesson, same teacher, was engaging, excited and seemed really to care about the students in his charge. Quite a difference a day can make.
