I don't know how this unit will help me in teaching new language. Most of the information here are already covered in the teaching methodology, of which for me, were more thorough than this unit. The title itself is misleading, I expected more material in teaching new language than what has been given. I believe that this unit should be the core of this course and more discussion should be given on how to effectively teach a new language to students.This unit was extremely enjoyable and nice to see two completely different lessons by the same teacher and same students, as it showed how a teacher can really affect the stability and atmosphere in a classroom. The teacher in the first lesson was clearly not interested in teaching, helping and supporting his students. Whilst the same teacher in the second lesson was upbeat, helpful and supportive of his students helping them through the new language.
