Frankly, I was not aware of so many test options which relate to the acquisition of English, but I can understand why they are necessary. I am personally more interested in diagnostic tests that would help me to know what I need to do to teach a particular student English. Also progress tests would enable me to help each student in my class. A person would have to know British English in order to successful take the test on pages four and five.I found This unit interesting for the different types of certificates it lists.
I knew most of them but I learned about some Cambridge Assessments especially ESOL , BEC and BULATS.
This unit provides as well the different tests we conduct at a language school whether before starting the course or during it.
