An English video class provides educational resources to students to improve their listening, speaking, grammar and vocabulary skills. It's a wonderful task to teaching new language. I was privileged to watch the two ESA demonstration Class 1 and Class 2. I have discovered that the students don't participate effectively in Class 1, such of way that they looked confused and intimidated ; so the lesson was boring. I do like and appreciate the Class 2 because it was fun and enjoyable. The teacher's smile and attitude has encouraged and pushed the learners to participate effectively.This unit was all about grammar. I feel like the differences between the specific grammar parts have become clearer to me. Because of that I feel that I will be able to explain this grammar to my students in a way that will be easier to understand.
Furthermore I've learnt about some interesting teaching ideas. For example, teaching comparisons by putting the whole class against the wall. It will be more interesting and fun for students when using this in class.
It was very helpful for me to study this clear overview of these grammar parts, and to refresh my memory because of it.
