In order to manage a class, you need to create a relaxed learning atmosphere, but there are also times when you need to be firm. It's important to know what role you need to play in relation to the situation. This will help you keep a good rapport with your students. There are certain times where it's important for the teacher to talk, but it's also important that the teacher doesn't talk too much. This gives the students a chance to participate more and practice using the English they have learned.I learned about the different of teaching. The most effective method is ESA method : Engage, Study, Activity. The Engage method allows the teacher to give all the information related to the topic of the lesson and feed the learner with useful information. The study stage allow learners to put into practice what they learned with different material (discussion,questions, etc). Finally the activate stage allow the student to test and see what they just learned (answer sheet, writing exercises, etc...)
