I have learnt the importance of organising your schedule or lessons not just for your own needs but even for whoever could take over your class if something should happen. It makes the lesson easy and smooth because following a plan means that you won't forget what you're supposed to teach or at least you won't leave important parts of the lesson out.Mostly I found interesting the part of correction and how interaction between the students is vital.In this unit I learnt a few tips and methods for the classroom management, the importance of the eye contact, gesture and voice of the teacher and how this influences in class. The grouping students methods and classroom arrangements, the pros and cons of each one, the importance of individual attention, how to divide the student and teacher talk time, how to give instructions, how we should establish rapport and how to maintain discipline in class.
