I didn't have clear image about different ways to organize lesson before. The information about ESA method is extremely useful. I understood that being a teacher I used different ESA variations (such as Straight arrow, Boomerang, Patchwork) unconsciously. Examples of different activities applicable for every stage are great. There are few ideas that I didn't use before. I also found correction part being very useful. I never thought about student-student correction. I hope to apply it.This unit deal with two branches of language tree; reading and listening. Teachers should carefully choose their materials based on students' interest.Teaching students different kind of reading style helps them do well in academic assessment tests.We should encourage our students for general understanding when they read or listen authentic language parts.Detailed reading can discourage students and it might make them reluctant to read or listen further part of given teaching material.
