In unit 18, I was able to look at the modals, phrasal verbs and passive voice. I enjoyed having boxes with examples of true models. I didn't find this unit as hard until I went over the relative clauses. I learned about the passive and the active voice and how we use them. The examples given were very useful and I was able to understand everything I needed to with them. I did find it harder to understand the transitive inseparable but I will work on that more.In this unit i've learned about the different methodologies in teacher english. Focusing more into the ESA (Engage, Study and Activate) method, we've looked into the different ways of how we could successfully teach our students under each categories. Examples of activities under each category was also enumerated. I also learned the different three type of ESA teaching. Differentiating mistakes from errors was taught as well as how and when to correct students.
