This time we talked about the main roles of teachers and especially adult learners. We looked at advantages teaching adults can have, but also on potential problems. Next we faced group teaching vs. ?one to one? teaching and discussed its advantages and disadvantages. Each disadvantage got provided a possible solution. Speaking and writing skills were presented within a business English environment and an overview of methods for teaching got introduces as well.This unit 18 I read and learned more about modals, phrasal verbs and passive voice. What I liked more was the modules, they come from some speculations, in other words, trying to guess something. In my opinion teaching grammar to can be difficult to the learners so the teacher must be aware of that. Searching for strategies to easier that learning process is the key. The teaching ideas mentioned in this unit will be a great tool for me in order to archive that goal.
