This unit was very helpful and useful. Since I have no experience in the area of teaching, I found this unit very instructive and reassuring. It provides a very clear and easy guide on how to create a healthy class environment and how to maximise the rapport between teacher and their students. Also, it provides great information on how to approach students with different activities, attitudes and ideas in order to carry out a safe, maintained, calm and successful class.Teachers need to evaluate their students English to determine whether the students are making any progress in their learning. To understand Learner Progress once Teacher must have good knowledge about method and techniques by adopting Engage,Study and Activate.Teacher should know how to appreciate the student by knowing Correction Techniques.Learning a Foreign language is not easy as compare to other subject so teacher should know the techniques to motivate the learner.
