This unit covered the teaching of young learners, business professionals, and individual students. This unit was great because it is often uncomfortable going into a new teaching situation without having a proper idea of how/what to teach. This unit was helpful because, for example, it shows that giving business students a questionnaire to identify their needs help you crafting a curriculum. And the advice regarding lesson plans for groups vs. individuals was also very informative.Unit 5 (classroom management) introduces helpful skills to be organize and manage your classroom with a kind and relaxing manner. It also teaches how to be an effectively teacher and the needs to inspire with such confidence, at the same time, maintaining discipline. it also covered the correct way to have eye contact, grouping, and giving the correct individual attention to a student. unit 5 also focused on instructions in how to maintain a rapport/harmony effect with the learner.
