I have learnt from this unit that classroom management is the skill of organising and managing the class. If a teacher wants his/her class to be able to learn effectively, it is necessary to inspire confidence in the student. A teacher should use such techniques during the teaching process as eye contact, gestures, voice, as they are extremely important. A teacher should know kinds of grouping students, which of them to choose for different activities. Another important thing which must be observed is classroom management, it is necessary to take into account the position of the students and the teacher in the classroom. It is also very significant to be able to give instructions to the students and to establish rapport. And the last important thing to which a teacher should pay special attention is maintaining discipline, what prablems can arise and how to respond to problem behaviour.
