From the Troubleshooting Unit I have learnt important information about the common problems situations that the teachers meet when teaching non-native speakers, how to teach the very first classes and its two categories and what to use it for, the activities that the teachers can use in the first classes to establish rapport. I have also learnt about the warmers activities and its importance to warm up for a lesson in addition to some example of warmers. Also, this unit gave me idea about one of the biggest problems that teachers face which is teaching a group of students with varying levels and the ways to deal with it. In addition to that I have learnt how to involve all learners equally to classroom control when teaching in large groups such as using the worksheets and the choral repetition. Furthermore the unit gave reasons to the usage of students' native language in the classroom.
