This unit talks about the 5 different types of learners. The absolute learner, the false learner, the adult learner, the young learners and the beginner without roman alphabets learners. This unit guides us with the ways , advantages,tips and disadvantages of teaching these types of learners.This unit also gives us different techniques and methodology and a few techniques of teaching these types of learners.This unit also talks about business English and english for a specific purpose.The presentation of the receptive skills is an interesting basis around which I could format entire lessons. As this course goes on, more knowledge becomes less intuitive but significantly more helpful. Getting students to engage with receptive skills seems to be a good immersion tool when dealing with the language, but it's very clear that different levels of students are going to require vastly different materials in this regard, as would be the case with students whose L1 is English.
