In this section we learned that there are many different methods and techniques that can help language learning. Some of the lessons we learned through this lesson are method of task-based learning, communicative language learning, community language learning, silent way, suggestopaedia, lexical approach, grammar-translation, presentation, production and audio-lingualism. The rest of the course focused on the ESA method. In this method we focused on three steps of engaging, studying, and activating the students.The Course Introduction was interesting. It has some similar information from the main TEFL course. I?m looking forward to diving into the various lessons. Especially the Business English World unit, I?m looking forward to reading about that. My ultimate goal is to move from the United States to Spain and teach English as a foreign language. I love teaching so much, but teaching in the United States is no longer a fun and creative job. I?m losing the love for it by continuing to teach here in the US.
