Classroom management and building relationships is my favorite part about teaching, so I loved learning about it more in-depth! I learned when TTT is beneficial and when it should be used and how many different things can affect a student's talk time and interaction. I knew it was important to have different types of teaching (whole group, pairs, individual), but I've never thought of it in a context with another language how certain ways can impair their exposure to the language and hurt their ability to learn.This unit covered the different ways that you can assess and evaluate students, it covered the different types of tests that you can take whether its a placement test which is taken to know students level, diagnostic test which is taken at the start of the course so to see what students already known, progress test which is a test used periodically to see what language has been remembered or forgotten. I have benefit this unit the different external tests that students can take and the different Cambridge exams.
