Information in this unit, i think, the most difficult in English grammar. Its hard, at first, to encourage student at the beginning of the lesson and its little bit hard to explain all rules in details with exceptions and examples. Its good to know all typical student errors or mistakes to find right way to teach. I noticed a good teaching idea for modal verbs - to use role-play game like doctor - patient or signs game, that kinds of games, i think, can be good for all levels.This unit has highlighted importance of lesson plans, especially for an inexperienced teachers. The writing of lesson plan helps in creating a logical sequence for the lesson. Also, it can be used as a refer document and it acts as a record of what a class has done. A lesson plan is also useful when the main teacher is absent. I have learnt about what should be included in a lesson plan. The lesson plan should cover all skills needed - speaking, writing, reading and listening.
