While the last unit had mostly familiar concepts, this one was brimming with new information. This is the first unit I feel I may be missing something by taking the course online, as I expect classroom methods are more easily understood in a classroom. Despite this, I was nice compare the language teaching methods both with each other and my own experience learning foreign languages and I expect to find the different examples of the ESA phases invaluable in my teaching career.In unit nineteen I learned about teaching different types of classes. This included beginner classes and their various forms. I also learned about teaching Business English classes and how to perform a needs analysis so I can better address the students' needs. In the final part of the unit I learned about the monolingual and multilingual class. This allowed me to better understand how the two different types of classes differentiate and their own advantages and disadvantages.
