Whatever the levels of the class, the study phase of the lesson. Students should know four things about new language: exposed it, understand it meaning, how it constructed, practice and produce a lot. One language lesson may include grammar, vocabulary and functions. The teachers can apply the ESA method to introduce new language. When teaching vocabulary, teachers need to consider carefully on selecting vocabulary, what do students need to know, and how difficulty they are. When introducing grammatical structures, the meanings, usage, forms, patterns, and spoken/written structure should be need to know by students. Language function include areas such as: inviting, refusing, agreeing, suggestion ect. Appropriateness is also important in teaching languages functions. According to the different items we teaching in class, some techniques reminded in this unit is really useful and helpful.
