I have learnt that teaching special groups of new language learners can be fun and exciting once the teacher is prepared, flexible, knowledgeable and competent. i have learnt that based on the different level of learners, teachers are sometimes indirectly forced to make adjustment to their lessons so as to cater to the needs of the learner.
I have also learnt that teachers should try as much as possible. However, the students native language can be used sometimes to clarify difficult situations. I have also learnt that teachers need to give clear instructions and demonstrations so that the information presented is clearly understood by the students (new learner of English).
I have also learnt that teachers can make their lessons specific to suit the needs of special groups or individual students, especially those in the field of business who wants to improve their English language abilities.
