In this unit and with the videos provided I could understand than the teacher's attitude towards the class and the students influences a lot the respond of the students during the whole lesson. It is important to keep in mind the fact that we are there to teach and our attitude should show the students that we enjoy what we do and also, that is our job to encourage and motivate our class to enjoy the learning process. Besides, to make our lessons more effective we need to have strategy and be able to engage our students. Be clear with our instructions and know when and how correct the mistakes presented during the class. We cannot just give them the worksheet and sit, we need to explain to them what they are expected to do and always we willing to help them. Another important factor is to have our lesson accommodated in a way that the class moves smoothly and that one activity is link to the other.
