This lesson went over the various tools commonly found in classrooms that can be used to better teach and keep student's attention. Things such as DVD, tape recorders, and video cameras can help better grab a student's attention and allow them a chance to self-correct and go over some of their mistakes. They also offered an array of links and helpful sites that can be accessed my teachers and students to provide more comprehensive tools in learning English.This module described many of the ways that people test their English proficiency around the world, either for school testing or real life purposes. I knew that English was an influential language, but I did not know that there were so many popular external exams for even adults to test their English in order to move further in a career or in life. After reading the section, I am curious as to how to go about formulating an all-encompassing diagnostic test.
