I find this unit 10, video lessons very interesting. There is a big difference between these two videos. In the first video lesson I didn't like the teachers behaviour. He was cold and uninterested. His students were confused and intimidated. They didn't participate at all. While in the second video lesson, the teacher is happy, he is smiling all the time. He speaks louder than in the first video lesson. He introduces himself to the class, is trying to learn his students names. The students are interested in the lesson. They are in a great mood and participate actively.This unit focuses on vocabulary, including grammar and language structure, and what factors of each point play a role in which vocabulary words may be chosen at each level. I have learned that this is one of the few topics without a mostly-universal agreement in regards to appropriation per level. I found this lesson to be helpful, although not as valuable as some of the other lessons focused on teaching standards and methods. I think this is partially due to the fluidity of the topic, as too many factors will play a role in what the actual lesson plans will consist of.
