It was very helpful to have the videos of what to do and what not to do. I cringed a lot during the first video, mainly because what the teacher was doing was so obviously not working and he was not committed to the lesson at all. The second video, on the other hand, was very fun to watch, and you could tell that the students were having fun. I think that teachers sometimes get annoyed by the lack of student progress, and this frustration may lead to a \"Video 1\" scenario. If a teacher feels demoralized, I would recommend they watch \"Video 2\" to get back on track.From this unit i have learned that you have to find to correct balance of class work and plan accordingly and be as flexible as possible. Class planning can be very rewarding as well as challenging. There are many elements that need to be considered and time management is very important if you want to be able to get the best out of your students i.e. Learner Objectives. As i go further into the units it becomes very clear that there are so many ways to learn and teach and a good teacher will be reflected by his/her students achievements and skill levels in the language.
