This is how our TEFL graduates feel they have gained from their course, and how they plan to put into action what they learned:
This section covered the rather complex and varied, but few, aspects of past tense forms. The forms are as follows, past simple, past continuous, past perfect, and past perfect continuous. Past simple covers actions that were completed at a specific time in the past. Past continuous are actions that were interrupted in the past and things that developed over time. The Past perfect tense are things that occurred before certain actions in the past. Finally, the past perfect continuous tense covers actions that had been occurring up and until the discussed past moment. This unit breaks down the essential elements of the English language starting with how to form a basic sentence. Therefore the lessons began with noun, verbs, adjectives, adverbs, prepositions and so on... all of the parts of speech. I have learned about transitive vs intransitive verbs. Transition sentences such as \"it's time to go\" don't often cannot have a direct object follow the verb. Meanwhile, intransitive sentences have verbs such as 'enjoyed,' which in a sentence could read, \"we enjoyed the concert.\" The concert would be the direct object following the verb.
