This unit was actually easier for me to go through than the previous tense unit. I was showed that a lot of the tenses were instinctive to me. However it also showed that I second guess myself a lot in the check your knowledge section, especially when it came to the irregular verbs. For all but one (be) I was sure of the past participle form, but I started second guessing myself that they couldn't be the same as the past simple form. For \"be\" however I just forgot those forms. I use them so instinctively that I just don't pay attention to them. So this showed what I need to pay attention to in myself in order to teach it to someone else. It also gave some more ideas. I really like the storytelling activities and was already planning diary writing exercises as I'm in the process of studying a second language somewhat and read that writing a diary is a great way to practice writing and retain information.
