The first time a teacher meets his/her students it is necessary to have a nice intruduction and get to know all of his/her students. I think the first impression is very important to have a respectful, healthy and constructive atmosphere between teacher and students. It might be impossible to motivate each student for each topic but I think it still should be the teachers request. All students have an individual type and speed of learning and it’s the teachers job to support the weak and the strong students equaly but in their individual way.
A teacher should always have enough material for qicker students or alternative programs if the lesson is not working out ( after the prepared lesson plan). I think a variety of different games, materials and methods are helpful to have a successful lesson. I am really looking forward to try some of the previous examples in some of my „future lessons“.
