In every first lesson the teachers are faced with common problems regardless of the age groups this is because the teacher isnt familiar with the students and the students too arent familiar with other students therefore the teacher has to create a rapport with the students and create or set a tone for the rest of the course.And in an already existing group the students are already familiar and comfortable with each other in learning English as a foreign language.In these situations the teacher needs to set a warmer which will motivate and activate the students. these warmers could be in the form of games, songs or revision of the previous lesson.in a situation where the teacher is dealing with a large class, sometimes the problem of control steps in and the teacher sometimes is unable to handle it.sometimes this can be handled through through handing out worksheets or paring the students to work in groups.
