Unit 8 focuses on the future tense.
Future Simple - Usually includes will/won't, for usage with facts and certainties, promises and threats, predictions and assumptions, and spontaneous decisions.
Future Continuous - Usually includes will be + verb with -ing. Used for activity in progress at a time in the future.
Future Perfect - Usually includes 'will have'. Used to say something will be completed by a certain time in the future.
Future perfect continuous - Usually will include 'will have been' + verb - ing. Used to relay how long an action has been going on by a certain time.
Be going + infinitive - Usually includes 'going to be' action in the future. Used for intentions, plans, predictions based on present evidence.
Present simple - Used to suggest a formal situation, schedules and timetables.
Present continuous - Used when making definite arrangements as well as decisions and plans without a time frame.
