By studying on Unit1, I learn much knowledge about teachers, learners and their relationship. There are different kinds of learners who come from different language level and background. That needs teacher to be more professional and responsible. To be a good teacher, we should really care about our teaching, but care even more about our students and their learning. Besides, during a typical lesson, a teacher will have some different roles, it will depend the activity or the purpose of lessen. What’s more, it is very important that teacher can switch those roles properly and knows how to carry out them. Teachers learn every day, so I think we should open our mind, we are learners actually. In conclusion, the relationship between teachers and learners is very important and complex. We should become a good teacher and a good learner, so we will know how to teach the students and make them become good learners.
