This unit denotes the importance of varying your teaching style. If the teacher is always the monitor, assessor, manager, facilitator, participant etc., they are depriving their students of precious learning opportunities. You can't always be the facilitator, expecting your students to learn on their own, as much as you can not always remain the manager without giving them the opportunity to produce something. In addition, this unit also covered the advantages and disadvantages of working with different age groups. Moving forward, I think these are important factors to keep in mind. One should evaluate which age group resonates with their personality the most. If you are an individual who wants to have deep conversations about the world and current events, it might be better to teach advanced learners. If you're someone who wants lessons full of smiles, laughs, and games, younger learners might be more fulfilling.
