In this unit, the application of most of the contents already learned in the previous units is illustrated with two different classes. The differences between these two classes are exaggerated in order to clarify the principles. The main differences include the teacher’s gestures and attitudes towards the students as well as the execution of the ESA methodology. It is evident that in the second class most of the crucial points are taken into the consideration, which improves the students' participation and talking time.
In my opinion, the transition from the Engage stage to Study could be smoother and more creative. Also, some individual tasks could be added so that the teacher could assess the students and provide individual feedback if necessary. It would also be better if the worksheets could be shown clearly to help the TEFL learners have a better understanding of the exercises that the students are doing.
