This unit, made it clear that as teachers, we have to be sensible when we talk about students level, we have to be able to work with balance and dominium of the class and all kinds of situations. We need to build a knowledge about our students, about who they are, and perform a class that will meet their necessity, that will fulfill their need and motivate them to give everything when learning English. This unit taught me how important is for me to be experienced and how important is for me to know my class, my student and be a excellent teacher for them.
When teaching a EFL student we have to be prepared and able to motivate, to encourage, to teach in a totally different level, because we a dealing not only with students, we are dealing with culture, believes and a total different point of view, that is way we have to be, experienced and well trained, because to work with EFL is a different field and full of surprises.
