This is how our TEFL graduates feel they have gained from their course, and how they plan to put into action what they learned:
This unit was very helpful for me, as I did not know certain components of the different future tenses. I feel that my memory refreshed when it came to the usage of each tense. I do not have a difficult time forming the different tenses, but this unit was great practice for tense usage. The future simple tense is used for future facts, predictions with no evidence, assumptions, and spontaneous decisions. The future continuous verb form is used to describe actions that will be in progress at a future time, to refer to future events, and to guess what might be occurring in the present. Future perfect is mainly used for actions that will be completed at a futuristic time. The future perfect continuous is used to describe the length a certain action will have been carried at until a certain time. Lastly, the present simple tense can be used to describe future actions such as, \"My flight for Chile leaves the 16th of August.\"
