In this unit I have learned how to structure a teaching plan and recognize if that has to be changed in any way do two students ability. Furthermore it also shows how important is to motivate students in a way that they will like to study the language and they will feel comfortable learning without being afraid of negative feedback. I believe if I can make them feel comfortable and make them have fun at the same time then my job would be easy and for them to learn would be even easier but that is depends on the relationship and the teaching method which I will provide between me and a student's. There is also a very important factor is telling the students what mistakes or errors he or she made because telling them is not enough we have to show them what that they do wrong and how to correct it in a way that you would not feel ashamed for the mistakes and to realize that it's okay to make mistakes as long as they learn from it.
