Unit 9 Lesson Planning- During this lesson I have learnt organization is going to help keep you focused on the lesson instead of wondering what to do next. 2. Make sure you pace yourself so that you are not rushing your students and, at the same time, you leave enough time for the students to practice what they have learned and ask any questions they may have. 3. Make sure you allow for individual assessment along with any group assessments. This will allow you to further understand the needs of the students on an individual level. 4. As a teacher you should not be be afraid of changing your lesson plan or plans anticipated. All students don't learn the same, and your plan will need to accommodate the few that may be straggling with the lesson. Also, may have a class of students that grasps a harder concept faster and you'll need to keep them engaged. Your plan is not an exact map to success but it gives you a general direction.
