Building rapport is very important with students but I think it is important to start a class firmer, letting students know that they should respect you as a teacher and then gradually become their friend. Knowing the students wants and needs, as it will also help students to talk more and for the teacher to know them well. Always give warm-up activities to catch the attention of every student. When faced with different levels in a class, the teacher should always prepare extra work for students who finish faster so that they will not get bored. When dealing with a large class progress the flow of each class through a system to deal with the students easier. Never respond to student who talk to the teacher in their native language, as they will not try to use English ever again. Thinking that the teacher will always respond whenever I ask a question in my native language, so why should I give myself a hard time speaking English.
