The ESA method is something that I personally only encountered after moving abroad from Stockholm, Sweden and thus I don't have so much experience implementing it. When I have done so, however I have noticed a higher degree of student participation and received very positive feedback from learners and colleagues alike.This was the Summary of the main teaching method of this course. I discovered new teaching methods and ways of structuring my lessons. There was a lot of information to gather here that is easily applicable to my upcoming lessons. I thought the section with the activity ideas was the most useful for me. I am always looking for new methods of practice and review of the material. The lesson structure segments informed me of some effective ways of putting together a class. I can utilize these different arrangements for the appropriate level of ability.
