Teaching vocabulary, grammar and language functions are very different from each other. The effectivity of an approach depends on distinct factors. I must admit teaching vocabulary and grammar can be challenging for a teacher must ensure every factor involving the classes' receptiveness and understanding. Moreover, I can see how every rudiment is intercorrelated to each other. Since grammar structures differ from one language to another, I think it is also important to sight them in class to clear out possible ambiguity.This lesson is a great start to introduce us to think about teaching special groups, its possible challenges and how do we approach it. Teaching a group of diverse people seems to be a lot more challenging than teaching a group of people of similar background. However, I feel that the fundamentals of teaching are the same. We have to be prepared for the lesson, learn as much as possible about the students' background/motivation, be patient with our approach and conduct the lesson as effective and interesting as possible.
