This is how our TEFL graduates feel they have gained from their course, and how they plan to put into action what they learned:
The fifth unit touches upon one such topic as lesson planning, which plays a vital role in effective academic process. At the beginning it provides arguments why it is important to make a plan before a lesson, emphasizing that it will help the teacher to have a logical, clear understanding of all the parts of the lesson with regard to lesson time. It will also be also helpful as a teacher will have something that he/she can refer to during the lesson or several months later. It should be mentioned that the unit claims that making lesson plans is first of all important for inexperienced teachers, while for some teachers with big working experience sometimes it is enough to write down just several notes.
Moreover this unit presents the important tips on how the lesson plan should be made, what items it should consist of. Finally it suggests the sample of the lesson plan, that I really find very useful and will use in may teaching practice.
