In this unit we went through the future tenses of the English language. Due to the reason the future tense is one of the most complex areas of the language, so many ideas and meanings can be describe with it. We briefly examined all the structures that can be referred to the future, some of them can even describe present situation. While explaining this part of the grammar to the students, teachers should be careful and use different teaching ideas to practice the structures.This unit envisage the following groups:
- Beginners (vs advanced student)
- Individuals (vs different group sizes)
- Children (vs different age groups)
- Business English classes (with very strong hints to handle other ESPs ? English for Special Purposes)
- Mono and multilingual classes
One of the main realisation from this unit for me was the difference between ?needs? and ?wants?.
I liked the ?monitoring overtly? and the ?smileys? for children suggestions.
